Refunds, Returns & Replacements

The parts we sell at Partdiscounter are made for specific makes, models and years of machines. Please ensure you compare the fitment information in our listing with the make, model and year of your machine before ordering. Final fitment determination is the responsibility of the buyer.

You may Request a Refund or Replacement for any part(s) within 45 days from the delivery date.

Please ensure your order is checked when delivered to ensure any fitment issues, damages, missing pieces, broken pieces, defects, or if you no longer need or ordered the wrong part are reported with the 45 day period.

  • Provide the 4 digit part number on the package you received.
  • Please be prepared to send pictures if requested.

Once we have received your message, we will review and respond within 24 hours (Monday to 8am - 4pm EST Friday only).


Special Notes

  • Return shipping charges may apply (depending on the reason for return)
  • Refunds may not include original shipping (depending on the reason for refund)
  • We will only accept returns sent by the Postal Service. We will not accept returns from UPS, Fedex, DHL or any other international courier service. Return instructions will be provided.
  • Please ensure the part being returned is packaged securely as we will not accept damaged returns caused by inadequate packaging. Using the original packaging (box) is your best choice.
  • If the item has been installed or used, we are unable to accept a return of a used part
  • In order to ensure the process is completed quickly, please avoid sending multiple messages. Filing a dispute with Paypal or eBay may also cause delays to processing. We encourage contacting us and waiting for a response before seeking an alternative resolution. 
  • Please allow us the time needed to work hard to make it right!
     


Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are limited to manufacture defects and must be clearly shown via pictures or verified via a part return for inspection, if required.

Problems such as fitment issues, damages, missing pieces, broken pieces, defects, part no longer needed or ordered incorrectly must be reported within the 45 day period (see Refunds, Returns and Replacements)

  • Provide your eBay user ID, first and last name, and the date of original purchase.
  • Please be prepared to send pictures or a video clip if requested.
  • Please provide the details needed to determine warranty eligibility 1) is the part broken or failed after normal use or 2) is the part malfunctioning.

Once we have received your message, we will review and respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm EST only).


Special Notes

  • During the warranty period, Partdiscounter will repair or replace our parts covered under this limited warranty. During this period, we may request that the part be returned to our facility for repair, after being verified via pictures or video clip.
  • You must ship the parts back to Partdiscounter using the Postal Service, in their original or equivalent packaging, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Partdiscounter will ship the repaired or replacement pieces to you. Shipping costs must be prepaid.
  • Refunds are not provided as part of the warranty process. If a replacement part is not able to be provided, a store credit will be issued and must be used within a year of the issuance date. 
  • In order to ensure the process is completed quickly, please avoid sending multiple messages. Filing a dispute with Paypal or eBay may delay processing.
  • Buyer must contact Partdiscounter and wait for a response, before seeking an alternative solution. Please note: any actions taken before receiving a response may not be credited.
