Refund policy

SIXTY (60) DAY RETURNS

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so return shipping is free on all domestic and Canadian orders within 60 days of purchase date.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from international addresses at this time. If you plan on returning your item(s) to PartDiscounter, you must do so within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items should be in new and original condition, similar to how you received them.

  • If the item(s) are worn, damaged or used, you may be responsible for a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • If you are looking to return an item that you purchased on a marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google, Newegg, etc) you must initiate the return via the order page within that marketplace. Each marketplace has their own procedure and we are only able to accept returns through the original channel of purchase.

 

TO INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST

We made this return process as simple and secure as possible. Follow the following steps to submit your return request.

  1. Click on “Initiate Return” button below. Please note, only use this method if you purchased on PartDiscounter.com, any purchase made on a marketplace (Amazon, Ebay, Etc) must be returned through those websites.
  2. Enter the email address you used when making the purchase and click continue. This will send a 6-digit security code to that email address.
  3. Enter the 6-digit security code from the email and click submit.
  4. Click on the order in your account you wish to return.
  5. In the upper right corner of the order page, click on “request return”.
  6. Select a reason for your return and add any additional notes you wish to write out.
  7. If your return is accepted/eligible you will be emailed a pre-paid packing slip. Box up the return in original packaging and drop off at the carrier listed.

REFUNDS

After we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the condition, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your returned item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following products cannot be returned:

 

  • ELECTRICAL ITEMS - An electrical item includes any part or accessory powered by electricity. It usually consists of an enclosure, a variety of electrical components, and often a power switch. Some examples may include: Batteries, Ignition Switches, Sensors, etc.
  • ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS - Normally, items won't be accepted after 60 days. Please contact customer service and we will do our best to find an alternative solution.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Orders shipped internationally, outside of the USA and Canada, can not be returned.
