All charges are in US dollars.

PayPal

We accept and prefer payment through PayPal. If you do not have a paypal account, you may sign up by visiting www.paypal.com . Signing up takes just a couple minutes and makes it easy and safe to purchase online.

Credit Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Debit)

We also accept payment over the phone with Visa, MasterCard or Debit. If you wish to pay with your credit card over the phone, please contact us by calling 1-888-672-5141. Leave a voicemail with your contact details and the best time to call and someone will return your call as soon as possible to accept payment.

*We are only able to accept payments over the phone Monday-Friday between 10am-4pm eastern time. Please note that we are not able to accept payments over the phone on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

 

Shipping

Shipping (within USA)

  • All ground shipments are sent FREE within mainland USA (please read below for more information)
  • All products advertised in our store are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise specified.

We have warehouses located in New York, USA and Ontario, Canada to serve you best. Shipping normally occurs within the same day on all paid orders before 3:00pm EST. We do NOT ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) , United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx).

For all shipments under ½ pound in weight, we ship using USPS. Tracking numbers are not available for these value type shipments and delivery time is 10-15 business days. We also offer upgraded shipping to UPS ground or FedEx 2nd day air on these types of parcels for a small fee listed in the shipping section.

For all shipments over ½ a pound in weight, we use UPS for delivery, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address once the item is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number to your email, log onto your store account and view your purchase history in order to track your item.

For all customers with Post Office Boxes, we will ship using USPS. Please log onto your store account and view your purchasing history in order to track your item.

We are pleased to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

We are pleased to announce we now offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY to all residents of the United States. Simply place your order Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday before our shipping deadline, select expedited shipping, and we will make sure your part is delivered the very next day.

Please Read:
*Next day delivery will not occur if the order day or delivery day is a Holiday, Saturday or Sunday
*Next day delivery orders placed on a Friday are not guaranteed to arrive until the following Monday, If Monday is a holiday, then the order will show up the next business day.
*Next day delivery is not guaranteed to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or Remote areas where UPS is not the end courier. For delivery questions contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877

Shipping to Canada

For all Canadian buyers we ship most orders by Canada Post Regular Parcel, if you are located in a Territory, Nunavut or Labrador, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing; in your message please include your full address, city and postal code, we will respond with the shipping rate.

Shipping Internationally

For all Buyers outside United States, Canada, Australia, France, Germany or UK please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing. In your message please include your full address, city and postal/zip code, we will respond with the shipping rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

You may Return or Exchange any part(s) back to us within 45 days from the payment date if the any 1 of the following is true:

1) You accidentally ordered the wrong part for your vehicle

2) The part you received does not fit your vehicle

3) The part you received is totally different then what you ordered

4) No reason – you simply don’t have a need for the part

*Date of payment means the date that you paid for the order, not the date that you received it.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us. In your message please provide a detailed explanation and indicate your reason for wanting to return or exchange the part(s).

1) If you accidentally ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, please provide us with the make, model and year of your vehicle

2) If the part your received does not fit your vehicle as described In our listing, please provide us with the make, model & year of your vehicle, please also provide us with the 4 digit part number on package you received.

3) If the part you received is totally different then what you ordered, please provide us with the make, model, year of your vehicle, please also provide us with the 4 digit part number on the package you received.

4) If you simply don’t have a need for the part, please indicate this explanation in your message to us.

Once we have received your message, we will review and respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday only). In order to ensure the process is completed quickly, please avoid sending multiple messages. Filing a dispute with PayPal will also cause delays to processing. We highly recommend contacting us and waiting for a response before seeking resolution from PayPal.

*Claims are NOT reviewed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If you send us a claim on the preceding days, it will be answered on the next business day.

Exchanges

All exchanges as a result of our error will be free of charge to the buyer. We will incur the return shipping costs as well as the cost of replacing with the correct or new merchandise (buyers located in USA or Canada only, not including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam).

In the event an exchange occurs resulting from a buyer changing their mind, or ordering the incorrect part by mistake, the buyer will be responsible for any return or replacement shipping costs.

Returns

In the event that a buyer returns an item as a result of our error, we will incur the return and original shipping costs and the buyer may receive a credit or refund in full.

In the event a return occurs resulting from a buyer changing their mind, or ordering the incorrect part by mistake, return and original shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam / Territorial Canada / International Buyers Please Read

For all customers outside the Contiguous United States and Provincial Canada, all shipping or postage fees incurred from returning or exchanging a part are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not provide reimbursement for original or return shipping charges. If you wish to return a part, please note that you will be responsible for these costs.

Return Request

*Please contact us for a return address, the address differs based on the part you are returning

*Please note, we will only accept returns sent by Postal Service. We will not accept returns from UPS, FEDEX, DHL or any other international Courier Service.

*Please do not send a return until first obtaining approval; you may obtain approval by following the instructions found above.

Claims

All orders received, including but not limited to missing, broken, damaged or malfunctioning parts are guaranteed for a minimum of 45 days from the date of payment* unless stated differently in the ad.

*Date of payment means the date that you paid for the order, not the date that you received it.

*Many parts carry a 90 day up to 1 year warranty, please read the original ad to determine your warranty eligibility prior to contacting us.

If you wish to make a claim,please contact us. In your message please provide a detailed explanation for your claim and indicate if your part is missing pieces, broken, damaged or malfunctioning.

1) If missing pieces, please indicate the part(s) missing from your order.

2) If broken, please indicate the part(s) broken, please be prepared to send a picture if requested.

3) If damaged, please indicate the part(s) damaged, please provide us with a reason as to how the damages affect the use of the part(s). Please also be prepared to send us a picture of the damages if requested.

4) If malfunctioning, please provide an explanation for the malfunctioning part(s) (if possible). Please also provide us with the Make; Model and Year of your vehicle to help us better serve you

American / Canadian Buyers Please Read

Standard ground shipping costs for all claims within the Contiguous United States and Provincial Canada will be provided free of charge for up to 45 days from the date of payment*. After 45 days of payment, you will be required to pay the return & replacement cost as required. We will provide the total cost if we require payment.

Return and replacement shipping costs for claims outside Contiguous USA, Provincial Canada or for all other International destinations will be the at the full cost to the buyer. Please inquire about the cost prior to making a claim.
